RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 30 of purchase on goods that are unused, not altered and in their original packaging. 

 

You must contact us at eproshop@teamsales.ca to obtain an Authorization Number before returning an item.  Unauthorized returns will be refused. 

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return or exchange products. We strongly suggest returning items using a service that provides tracking numbers.
